        Dropped my husband's laundry (8 shirts and 2 pairs of shorts) this past Saturday. Manager asked me if there were any stains. Other than a couple of minor stains on the shorts, no others reported. Asked for light starch.
        Stopped in to pick up laundry yesterday (Tuesday). The bill $67.20.!!! And two shirts were kept for further cleaning because of staining.
        At home, unpacking the shirts, we noticed that they were overly started and each shirt had creases in the harms plus creases in the cuff. Took a look at the price, turns out that the two pairs of shorts were dry-cleaned costing over $12.00 per pair with no seams ironed into one of them. Very poor quality.
        Today my husband decided to go and collect the two shirts left behind because of questionable staining and took both pairs of shorts with him to show them the difference.(One had the creases ironed in the front, the other had not). He was met by an employee named Kris who was extremely unprofessional and unwilling to address and/or correct the issue. Any concerns my husband voiced to him, he responded in a very negative way. So, he collected his two shirts and two pairs of shorts and left the store.
        My husband has been taking his shirts to be laundered for many years and has never encountered such poor quality work, nor such bad customer service. As much as we would like to support local businesses, this encounter has left us with no option, but to take our business elsewhere in the future.
        We will NEVER support nor recommend a business with such bad customer service
