OUTSTANDING Customer service! I live in Charlotte NC and I was in a jam, it was my sister, Lia's, birthday and I needed to get her flowers that DAY!

I called Robbins Nest early that morning and they answered the call on the first ring!

They offered a custom arrangement with all her favorite flowers and priced it much less than if I was to order online.

My sister was so surprised and commented that it made her room glow! It was the highlight of her birthday. I was very impressed and will use them again.
