The Home Depot

Ordered appliances and had delivery date scheduled. Called home depot location and was told I am all set for delivery on that date and they will call me to tell me what time. Gave my stove and fridge away based on home store info and the day of delivery I found out that they rescheduled delivery for another day without calling me . Still waiting to see if store mgr will call to apologize since it was his employee who told me it was still scheduled for delivery. Took day off of work with no pay. No stove no Fridge Next is the BBB

All I did was try to call. Kept hanging up on me, after sixth try, and on hold for more than a twenty minutes, finally talked to a human. They said their phone system does this automatically. They need to change their phone system.
