I had a wonderful beginning. Susan was incredibly helpful, and I enjoyed her suggestions. However when i called to set up an appointment, I was told the artist wouldn’t be in until later. I called later and was told the artist was not going to be in after all (a family emergency). When I tried to set up another appointment the person on the phone just told me to come in tomorrow. I couldn’t find out if an artist would be present (and I tried) and I couldn’t find out if i needed an appointment to be sure someone would be there to help me. Sadly, I decided to order our 5k race shirts from another company that cost more but I knew I could count on to get my order done on time, properly, and be available.

Great people to deal with and very reasonably priced. Bill and Lisa are fun and very polite to deal with as a point of contact.
