Premier Party Rentals

We only needed chairs and table linens but they provided exactly what we needed on a short notice and dropped off the items on time, and when we cleaned up quicker than anticipated they were there to pack it up ahead of time so we could get to our honeymoon without delay. Would recommend and/or use them again!!!

I would not recommend this company to anyone. We went through Premier Party Rental for our wedding, about a month and a half before the wedding we had to change the venue because we had too many people for the original venue. Our contract stated that if we canceled 31 days or more before the event our deposit would be refunded and we may be subject to a restocking fee. Our deposit was $525.00, when we canceled 36 days before the event they told us that none of the $2500 we paid would be refunded. When I told them the contract stated differently they came back and said they would only refund a portion of it and keep $1000.00. They stated that this was their restocking fee. I am still unclear on how a restocking fee can be almost double the deposit. They have recently changed their contract so if you still want to rent from this company please read the contract regarding cancelation before you agree to anything. There are other rental companies in the Polk County area we used one in Winter Haven for the food service items we still needed and they were amazing. Their contract was fair and they were kind and easy to work with. I tried to call the owner of Premier Party Rental and he was always difficult to speak to and would not return phone calls. We have tried to call twice this week regarding our refund and he has yet to call us back. We also submitted a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and they did not respond to the complaint with them.
