        I wouldn't rent from Nathan's again. I rented from them for my wedding, and my groomsmen weren't fit correctly. Some of them had vests too short, there was one pair of pants that was too short, and the ties all looked awful. It was so bad that one of my groomsman, who was planning to rent from Nathans for his own wedding, cancelled his order. Unfortunately, I had already prepaid to rent the suit for my friend's wedding. When I called Nathan's, they told me there was a "$50 non-refundable deposit" even though I wasn't scheduled to pick up the suit for another month and a half. They told me that they appreciated me being measured early, but that they had already spent the time to measure me, and would not be refunding my deposit. I told them that I was sure they did appreciate it, because they had just taken $50 from me, and provided me with no service. I won't ever shop there again, and highly recommend against them. After arguing with them, they offered me a $50 store credit. I have no use for store credit at an establishment I will never shop at again. That "$50 non-refundable deposit" cost them no money. They simply made up an excuse to keep mine.

        Service and selection was excellent. Truly personal attention by a vary knowledgeable staff. Excellent selection of men's clothing and excellent tailoring available at the time of purchase.

        My husband went in to get measured for a suit for my daughter's wedding, which is taking place in another state. He was advised to go to any menswear store that is affiliated with Jim's Formalwear, which Nathan's is. After entering the store he was advised that they were busy but they would measure him for a cost of $5.00. There was no one in the store to speak of. My husband states that the "gentleman" that measured him was very arrogant and rude and apparently had a cold and was constantly "sniffing". Needless to say, my husband's experience was less than positive and we will definitely NOT go back or recommmend this store to anyone else. I realize that the store has been around for many years and is a Lakeland icon, which is why he went there. We were not impressed.

        A+ customer service

        Some stores I feel like the employees run away when a customer needs help, but Nathan's is a far cry from that. It's the old-style customer service, with smiling employees catering to your every question. Incredible selection. The kind of mom and pop store that there's too few of in today's "mall" culture. I'll definitely be back!
