I definitely don't recommend this store. This establishment has a no refund/ no return policy, even if you have a reciept. I'm from up north and I have never in my life heard of such rubbish. The owner even stated to me that 70% of the customers are people who have grown up in this small town and their satisfied and accustomed to it. So the 30% of new business just have to accept it or don't come. We live in a world where people just don't care. Its sad

I really like this store. I think it's the best one hands down in Lakeland. Service is always quick and helpful. The clerks have a humorous side to them to make you smile when you're having that "Bad Hair Day!!" Don't let me get started on all the cute accessories and nice shoes! There is not one item I needed and they did not have... And I know if it ever happened... They would order it. I love this Lakeland beauty supply store!!
