MOST of the staff seem to be knowledgable &amp; happy to help, answering any questions one might have and customizing your juice to your specifications. However, when I bought a battery on 09/05/13, I was told I could bring it back within seven days as long as I had the receipt. The battery didn't work with my unit (purchased elsewhere) and I thought maybe it needed charged, but it wouldn't charge using my charger. That was on a Friday. I was out of town over the weekend, worked late on Monday, so it was Tuesday before I was able to get back to the store to return the batery - still well within the seven days I was quoted I explained that the battery didn't work with my unit or charger &amp; wanted a refund. That's when I received a tutorial about &quot;spring&quot; and&quot;fixed&quot; atomizers. My unit is a spring &amp; wouldn't work with the battery because the spring pushes it down into the housing. He actually took a very tiny screwdriver &amp; pulled the battery back up in the housing. I said okay that's fine, here's my receipt &amp; the battery - I would like a refund. That's when he said no, we only give refunds on defective equipment - the battery isn't defective, it just won't work with your unit. I explained to him that was not what I was told - he called the girl over &amp; of course she lied stating she said it had a seven day warranty - that she didn't tell me I could just bring it back. I call BS! Maybe she lied to save her job or maybe she didn't understand the refund policy four days ago - I don't know, but I certainly don't appreciate it. I would have given them 5 stars, but I now have a $26.50 battery that will not work with my unit. Obvioulsy the girl who sold it to me is not very knowledgable, as I took my unit in with me when I bought the battery to make sure I was purchasing the right one; I should have been told then &amp; there the battery wouldn't work with my unit. So, if you have a fixed atomizer &amp; need a battery, hit me up I have one for sale: $20 - never used, literally brand spankin' new - I have the recipt to prove it :) While I will still purchase my juice at MES, I will not be purchasing any equipment there.

As a long time customer of Gator Vapor in Lakeland, I heard about what happened to a long time employee yesterday, that goes by Darth V. 1. This employee was loaned $1,000 to get off probation by Gator vapor. 2. This employee was "given" a pick-up truck by Gator Vapor so that he would have a vehicle. 3. This employee was given a lap-top by Gator Vapor when his was destroyed from what was later learned the employee's violent temper. 4. This employee was given hundreds of dollars by the owner of Gator Vapor when the employee was hospitalized with back surgery. 5. After being given all the above, This employee paid Gator Vapor back by Misappropriating funds for his personal gain. 6. This same employee stole many bottles of National Brand liquids. 7. The same employee wants to post malicious slander on Gator Vapor because he was caught stealing and terminated on 11/19/2015 8. And the owner of Gator Vapor, while giving this employee a chance to simply accept that he was caught and walk away, is going to press charges the minute the employee posts and malicious slander made by this ungrateful ex-employee.
Very happy with my visit to gator vaper actually has what I was looking for very helpful and informal in every way even went above n beyond to order what they normally didnt carry thank you very much to gator vapors staff because of that I will be back n to all u na Sayers stop being cheap u buy decent equipment u get decent results n follow directions n u will have no problems (not a paid spokesperson) 3rd time at this buisness shopping looking forward to my future business with gator vapor (happy vapor)
