I just had to write to let everyone whom reads reviews know of the extreme and ongoing changes here at Lakeland Toyota! The GM Rob Siefke along with the owner have brought in a new service director Anthony Sullivan. Service Advisors/Service Managers (and overall we have an outstanding team) now have a Director that continues to assist with them with trying to create successful service visits for our customers. We haven't reached perfection yet - but we are definitely moving in the right direction! Other changes include new sales managers, and an expanding team of young professionals with a heart for our customers GM is available always by email and there's a link right on lakelandtoyota.com so that you may at any time let him know where we may need improvements! Lakeland and Central Florida customers - your voices were heard and we have taken major steps in improving. Let me start off by stating I had an extremely wonderful experience with Cannon Subaru. After trying to haggle with 3 local dealers, I had lost hope and was about to give up my quest to purchase a 2015 Subaru. These dealers were a nightmare to work with and I felt like I was begging them to purchase a car; literally. My close friend found this dealer online selling the exact car I was seeking, and even though they were located 4 hours away I carefully considered it. So after reading various positive reviews I decided to give it a shot. So I set off on and traveled about 4 hours to purchase my new 2015 Subaru. I worked with Cletus first and then finalized the deal with Clark (both were great to work with). Experience and service were top notch. Next Subaru I purchase I will definitely make the 4 hour drive because it's well worth it. No question about it! PS: My friends (both own Subaru's) were so amazed with the service that they are considering purchasing their future Subaru's from Cannon Subaru as well. had to have the fuel level sensor on my 2013 chevy spark replaced which was covered by the warranty.took car in about 8:30 am and was asked if there was a particular time I needed it back by which was a very pleasant surprise.it is not very often that you find any place that the staff seems truly caring about your needs.it truly made me feel like I had chose the right dealership to make the purchase of the first new vehicle me and my wife had ever purchased.it is amazing what such a small jester can have a big impact. I had recently had the cars first service done and both experiences was refreshingly pleasant!! I hope not to have anymore mechanical issues but if we do I know that it will always be a good experience at regal. thank you so very much!i will see you again on the next oil change.
