        Overcharges, not a man of his word

        Dr. Charnota over charged for an item and then when he agreed to a settled amount, did not keep his word and continues to press for further payment (after cashing a check on the agreed upon amount). Also wwont speak to you in person, just lets his 'front desk' handlke. Watch out.
