        Overall

        I had an awful experience at the JCPENNEY Hair Salon at the Ridge Rigle Mall in Lake Wales, FL today. The lady who cut my hair literally cut part of skin next to my ear and also injured me on the back of my head. She did an awful job on the back and it does not look straight.

        I will definitely not go back there.
