I would highly recommend Park Auto. My family has gone there for years and have never been disappointed. It is a small family owned business that provides great service at very fair prices but most importantly you can always trust them and not be concerned about being steered toward having unnecessary work done. If Bill (the owner) says it needs to be done, it does. He will also tell you when it can wait and when it isn't worth it. On multiple occasions I have stopped by without an appointment concerned about a noise and he has personally driven it, diagnosed it and fixed it ASAP. The best thing is the peace of mind I have when Park Auto handles my car. Thanks Bill!

Awful place.I brought my car there because the front driver's side wheel was making a scraping sound. The owner Bill went on a ride with me so he could hear the sound, which he did and had an idea of what it could be. I brought the car back during my scheduled time, which after waiting for about 4 hours after I dropped it off that they can't figure out what is wrong with it, saying there seems to be nothing wrong with the "rear: tires.They spent 4 hours looking at the wrong end of the car. I told them and the owner knew that it was the front driver side. After 3 more hours after the phone call I go there to see what is going on to find my car outside, not even being looked at. And no phone call giving me any more information on it.The girl at the front desk said it "must be my brakes" and I should get a certain kind to fix the issues. The brakes are BRAND NEW CERAMIC BRAKES, not cheap metallic ones. It's not the brakes. Then she said it must be the rotors because they had some wear on them. Please you have no idea what it is and the owner decided to go home a few hours after they opened.Poor Communication. Lastly, I took my car home to find grease all over the driver side interior door and a large scratch right in the doorway (freshly scratched). The grease has been a pain to get off and the scratch is down to the metal. I have photos to post as well. POOR SERVICE.

Always a good experience. Honest and trustworthy. I'm a woman and know nothing about cars...and don't want to, but am always treated well and I trust the work being done. I was referred by quite a few people who take their cars there. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

My family had gone to Park Auto and liked and trusted them. So I brought in my two cars. They did awesome work. The owner and mechanic took the time to show us the problems and what they did to fix them. They are so friendly and I felt comfortable immediately. Take your car in - you won't be disappointed.

I have been going to Park Auto for many years. I will never take my vehicles anywhere else!Bill and his crew are honest and fair. The first time I ever brought a vehicle to Park I requested over $1,000.00 worth of work, which Bill declined to do because it wasn't necessary.This is the only mechanic you will EVER need!

I have read all the reviews on this page and happy to say I really have no bad thoughts about this shop. The office is always clean my car leaves with everything it came with I'm happy I found a shop to trust and talk my car to. As the last comment seid you got a customer for life. Thanks Bill =)

I'v had my car work on by another shop and was so unimpressed I took my car and never went back. I needed more repairs, oil changes ect so i went online and saw all the good reviews after going to this place i'm happy to say they have a life time customer. I'v been taking my car here for 2 years no and have no regrets. There family run and it feels like your family as soon as you step in the door. Love the shop you have to give it a shot.

I was over all just happy to the work done to my Pontiac. I had to get alot of things done and for the prise they gave me I was happy to spend my money with them. I would recommend this shop to my friends and family. Honest people who know how to get the job done right the first time!

My brake pedal went all the way to the floor. I found Park Auto online and i couldn't be happier. They gave me a ride home and picked me up when my car was done. I also found a coupon online :)
