In dealing with Chase in general, their service has been deplorable. I had a stolen card. I called within an hour the theft to notify the bank. They overlooked one aspect - they did not cancel my debit card. The criminals were able to use the card at several businesses due to this oversight. Chase tried to claim that they did not receive the cancellation. Since my phone transaction, I had received a new debit card and letter verifying the report of the stolen card. That was hard to dispute, so they admitted that there was an error. Despite four more calls due to ongoing fraudulous use of the card, each time I called I was told again that there was no report filed.\r <br>\r <br>The errors went on and on - without boring you do death, let me just say STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK. YOUR MONEY IS NOT SAFE HERE.
