American Cleaners of Lake Mary

This business is the worse. I had my wife's blazer suit pressed there together with my sons tuxedo which we needed for our wedding. We picked up the clothes on our way to Tampa where the wedding was taking place. The next day (the day of the wedding) two hours before the wedding, she realized the blazer was missing and called the cleaners. Lucy picked up the call and argued with her insinuating that there was not a blazer in the order we left to get pressed. My wife had to spend almost $200 in a new outfit that wasn't even white for our wedding thanks to their negligence. An hour before the wedding Lucy called me telling me that the blazer had showed up at the warehouse were the clothes had gotten pressed. I told her we were far and not caring or showing any type of sympathy, she told me we could pick it up the next day. Seriously!? We needed it for the wedding!!! I suggest anyone to find another cleaner if you don't want to have the worst customer service you'll ever get.
