Enka Portable Sign Company

I first called this company in November 2013 for a sign quote as I was told by another retailer in my location that he was less expensive than most other companies. The owner told me he'd come by in December and didn't show up. Called again in January, February and he finally showed up in March and said he'd get me a quote. One month later I got the quote, which was 2 1/2 times the highest quote I'd received! Total waste of my time and he clearly didn't want my business.
