American Closures Inc.

So I have mixed feelings about this gentleman. We called him about our garage door on Friday before the long Labor day weekend and he came and fixed our door for a relatively fair price. The next morning (which was Saturday) we went to open the garage so we could mow our lawn and the door would not open. My husband tried some things he suggested and it still wouldn't open. I called and left him a message and he never responded which we thought it was understandable because it was Labor day weekend maybe he was out of town. So we waited and called him on Tuesday . My husband must have called him at least three times through out the day and no answer or call back. So This morning I called him and he answered and I explained to him the problem and he did a little troubleshooting and said he would be by today. He was driving so I suggested that I text the number for my husband phone because I would be at work he agreed. So it is Wednesday night and he never came by or called my husband or myself. So I am unsure if something happened or he is just another person who is not good for their word. I guess I will give him until tomorrow and see...........



Update-So today is Monday13th (10 days later) and Shawn still has not returned our calls. We have found out that our spring is broke and he did not put our hurricane beams back together correctly. Needless to say we were not informed of any of this. We will be looking for a more reputable company.
