Our 2007 Tahoe developed a transmission issue after a 400-mile tow from San Diego to Big Bear to Needles for a family boating vacation. We needed to have it looked at before towing the boat home three days later. We contacted OnStar to run a diagnostic and they connected us with Bradley Chevrolet. We made the half-hour drive down to Havasu, where they were waiting for us. They understood we needed to get whatever was wrong fixed in the next couple days so we could get home. Six hours and $37 later, the problem was fixed. They could have dragged it out, milked us for a bunch of repairs and treated us horribly . . . we had no other options and weren't in a position to be choosy. They did just the opposite. We are so impressed!! It's unlikely we will ever return to Bradley because they're 300 miles away in another state, BUT we will do whatever we can to toot their horn and steer business their way. Awesome, awesome, awesome service. I wish they could service our GM's full-time.
I bought a boat last weekend from the Boat Brokers in Lake Havasu. I was told that on a full tank I could run at full peed for 8 hours. Well, I had just over 3/4 of a tank on my 250 Mercury, 2006 26 ft. just under 4 hours of driving around the lake, we run out of gas. So we get towed to get some gas.I put seven and a half gallons in knowing that would be enough to get me back to Windsor where I launched. The 6 is us drove full throttle for NO MORE than "30" minutes and burned ALL 7 1/2 gallons just 1 mile away from London Bridge. Had to get towed for a second time. Long story short, my salesman Rob H., was VERY UNDERSTANDING and promised to get it resolved, as it was dropped off the same day I purchased my Tritoon August 11, 2013. Please Stay Tuned!!!!!!!
We were visiting family in LHC and on the drive up we noticed our alignment was off. My father-in-law suggested we take it to the local Chevy dealer. We arrived bright and early Saturday morning at 8am (when they open). Dan (the man) took our information, listened to our concerns, and promised to take good care of the Malibu. He told us he would call us to give a status update and to let us know when it was ready for pickup. We had other things to do that day, so it was nice to know the car would be ready and waiting for us. In the end, we got an oil change and a four-wheel alignment. The car is running smoothly and is perfectly aligned. Overall, it was a good experience.
