        Many people with YO YO dieting. Binge eating. Disordered eating. Or food addictions could write books on nutrition and diets. We know the Calorie count. FAT grams. And carbohydrates of every bite we take. We have more knowledge of food composition than most people. The problem is that we cannot PUT that knowledge into long term practice. Eventually we HIT the hidden blocks that have prevented US from attaining OUR goals. The stuffed feelings and issues surface and we return to OUR OLD WAY of coping — food — and the obsessive thoughts of food. Weight. Diet. And body image. The answer to the problem and the healing that needs to take place are both internal. External forms of control CAN NOT BE the solution! these results last only temporarily. There is a WAY to GET OFF this merry GO round and live life free of dieting and maintain your ideal weight.
