Terrible experience, you will not get what you paid for, Workmanship is horrible. We have had nothing but problems. I saw one site with reviews where their staff was rating the business with 5 stars to bring ratings up. If you were an honest company and sold a good product you wouldn’t have to do that . Buyer beware

Really nice homes and we loved the amount of choices as well as the different style homes. We will be buying a Jacobsen our neighbor loves his home from Jacobsen Homes he purchased in Ocala and the service has been great according to him and he is a friend who has owned 3 Jacobsen Homes over the last 20 years.

" DON"T MAKE SAME MISTAKE" Expensive homes, BAD service. I being waiting 8 months for repair, fast to get your money but not to repair damage.. The person in charge for repair is too BUSY to answer the phone or schedule an appointment. I'm not happy with my purchase. Miriam in Lake City
