horrible service

I called the edible arrangements store in Laguna Hills because i had purchased a coupon from Groupon and I wanted to use it. The girl was extremely rude and told me that I needed to come into the store to use it. Besides she didn't know how to take down the number from the coupon and that I had to call the 1-800 number and get the link from my email. Well I called the number and dontcha know, the office was closed because it was the weekend, so I couldn't get the link. Well, anyway, I called back and this rude girl said that she was sorry but she couldn't help me and I should call another store. So I called the Tustin store and they were terrific. I tried to call the Laguna Hills store Monday, but all I got was a fax buzzing in my ear and no answer. I don't think they want to sell fruit baskets. I wonder how they stay in business. I will call the groupon and get my money back.

What a WONDERFUL gift! YUM YUM YUM

My brother sent me an edible arrangment for my bday. They came to deliver it & no one was home (but the dog in the yard). The delivery person called me to notify me of my gift. Due to some confusion (probably on my part, not the stores) they delivered it again the next day (I was out of town) - much to my daughter's delight. I called the store to explain that we arranged to wait until the weekend! They immediatly told me to tell my daughter to ""enjoy"" AND they had my fresh, new arrangment ready for me when I got back into town. I met the owner (when I picked it up) & what a delightful man. I/we really enjoyed the chocolate strawberries, apples & other goodies. It was also so nice to see such great customer service - above & beyond. If you're looking for a special gift for someone or for yourself or family - I can highly recommend this company, & this location.

We had one of these fruit arrangements for our house warming party. Man it was the best thing we had at the party! Everyone we invited couldn't get over this centerpiece of fruit on the table! It was not only beautiful and a great addition to our party, but sweet and juicy too! We highly recommend Edible arrangements for all the parties you are planning in the future!
