It has been our goal for over FORTY years to serve the needs of guitar players in every capacity - from the beginning student to the professional.         Whoever work or runs this place is not professional, being a musician is nothing new or special . But running a business is and when a customer calls multiple times to get information and an answering machine takes the call the proprietor should have the common courtesy to return the call ! I used to take my guitar to this shop in the from 1977 to 1989 because there wasn't another store close to my home that could do set ups . But now that there are many I shouldn't be subject to being ignored . I would drive a little farther and look for another shop if I had to suggest to a guitarist . The Guitar Doctor in Fountain Valley or Danny Ott in Garden Grove are better and real luthiers that actually make guitars from scratch . Check out Danny Ott he is an amazing guitar maker and he has recorded with dozen of world renown musicians . Google Danny Ott and give him a call you will be surprised by his excellent fees and workmanship !
