At almost seventy years of age it is very refreshing to do business with an older established company that believes, as I do, that your word is your bond. There are newer pretenders to the crown but Jackson H&A is still King. I will continue to do business with and recommend to others, they use Jackson. All the people there are personable and professional and it has been a pleasure to do business with them over the years. A special thanks to Barry for his assistance.

We've used Jackson 2-3 times in the last 2 years (with another service scheduled for this afternoon), and have been pleased and impressed with every aspect of the operation.

Jackson failed to perform a required service under their maintenance agreement which caused burnout of a contactor, then demanded payment for its replacement. Moreover, this shoddy work represents a fire hazard for their customers.

Jackson H&A has failed for the past 7 years to perform maintenance agreement work as required. This led to a burnt out contactor from loose connections that should have been checked every six months, and could have caused a house fire. And they billed me for the repair!
