We went to other wedding dress shops in Lafayette and by far this was the best experience we had. They were very helpful and over the top nice.

My daughter ordered her wedding dress in mid March and paid in full with confirmation that her dress would be in at the end of July. Kelsey was very helpful at the time. We repeatedly tried to inquire about the dress with all different excuses as to why the dress had not arrived. Left messages but never got a return call. Called during hours posted on recording and even went down on a Thursday before five and they were closed. Excuses included - checking on dress, delivery being delayed, also advise me the vendor delayed her dress shipment since her wedding was later in the year. Finally found out Kelsey was no longer there. As a mother I researched and called the vendor and spoke with customer service only to find out it all was not true. The vendor never holds a brides dress. Her bridal pictures had been pushed back as we still had no gown. Finally I pushed and demanded a tracking number and the dress showed up the next week. Mid September. My daughter received a call that she could go and pick up her dress if she wanted and the dress was in the box which arrived with Next Day Air stickers on it. If I had not pursued continuously for the dress, I am not so sure we would still have the dress. My daughters dress is beautiful but the stress and tears for the last couple of months were not necessary if things had been taken care of properly. Fortunately I know someone who can alter the dress as the wedding is in 6 weeks. I just wanted to share our story with other brides and mothers so they will not have the stress my daughter has experienced.
If I didn't absolutely love my dress I would have never ordered with Sposabella, girls don't know anything about dresses even the owner. I would call & the phone would ring & ring. The business is definitely not their first priority. Called to see when my dress would be in, they said they would call me back, they never did. We are talking about alot of money spent on these dresses, and it's like they have better things to do. Very disappointing and won't ever return!

Provided by SuperpagesHorrible Service. My daughter had her bridesmaids purchase their dresses from this shop. She had five (5) bridesmaids. Three of the five dresses were ordered incorrectly. One being reordered and received a week before the wedding with alterations to be done. I ordered a swatch of the dresses twice which I never received. The manager would not even talk to me made one of her employees call me when I called to make my complaint. Would NEVER use this shop again.
Rec'd great service from Kelcie and Ashley. Knowledgeable and polite. Went above and beyond trying to help my daughter her first time out looking for a wedding dress. Prices were reasonable and gowns were well made. Will definitely be back.

The owner had an attitude about the dress and had her mother in law call me back with an even worse attitude. The owner agreed to pay for the hem but made a deal with the alterations lady and ended up paying nothing. She refused to refund any of my money and I still had to pay for additional alterations. I would not recommend Sposa Bella to anyone. Additionally, they do not have any dresses in plus sizes in the store. There was one size 16 but it was equivalent to a size 12!!
