i order two dozen of red roses with mary's flowers and gifts on 10/03/2017 the were delivery in a timely manner. they were beautiful thanks you for a wonderful job.

My boyfriend wanted to surprise me for our 11 month anniversary by ordering an arrangement with 11 roses. Upon receiving the roses which he paid about $86 too much for, I was extremely disappointed! The shop was out of the red roses he wished for and was told about the pink and silver roses. The flowers were beautiful at first glance, but upon a closer review, they were falling apart, browning, and looked dirty! I took pictures of the arrangement and individual roses and called Mary's. I was told I could not receive a refund even if I brought the arrangement back and that they could make me a new arrangement. I got to the store and received nothing but attitude from who I assume to be Mary, and got an arrangement of YELLOW AND RED roses. He paid for the silver and pink and that is what I was told I would receive in the second arrangement. I wouldn't recommend this florist to anyone. They are over-priced and it looks as if though they clean out their coolers for any order. I am highly disappointed and will NEVER use Mary's again.

My husband has been in the hospital for over a month. The arrangemnts your shop sent were simply beautiful. The delivery lady was always kind asking me how I was. It was very sweet. My husband finally passed. We asked you to provide his funeral flowers. Mary-the arrangement was beautiful. He would have been happy. Thanks for your help in this difficult time. I received dead flowers for Valentin's day I was very disappointed. It was a big arrangement with a stuffed animal. I am sure my boyfriend spent a lot of money on this. And when I called I was told they can send me something else but they were out of those exact flowers . This is the 2nd time we used this place and they did the same thing last year I got 2 dozen roses and 6 were dead. This place is horrible I would never use them again.

Shop elsewhere! I ordered a $150 spray for a dear friend who passed away. When I placed the order, I checked the box where the florist could make substitutions. Well the spray that was delivered bore no resemblance to the spray that was ordered. When I called to complain Mary reminded me of the checked box and insisted that they had substituted flowers that were the same $$ value as the ones ordered. The spray that went to the funeral was hideous and it looked like they cleaned out their floral cooler on this arrangement. I wish I had read these reviews before placing my order. Let the buyer beware.

If I could rate them less, I would. I ordered a $70 flower arrangement and received something a 10 year old would put together. I was embarrassed by the arrangement that was delivered. The arrangement that was delivered wasn't even worth $30. The arragnement I ordered had at least 20 roses in it...the one that was delivered had 6. They are a total rip off!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!

Dont waste your time mine too never got delivered. They never called me or even answered their phone all day!!

Dont waist your time or money. The flowers never showed up, period
