My daughter always has a great time when visiting the dentist, I don’t even have to go in back with her anymore, our assistant brittney was awesome with keeping her distracted I would recommend this office for anyone!

Mrs.Britney was awesome with my son from the moment we walked in she was very welcoming, he was nervous so she showed him exactly what the procedure consisted of and also played games with him, she was very sweet she and Dr.Williams make a great team!!

My visit was amazing ,had the pleasure of meeting Ms.Britney ,she’s such a energetic person and makes your visit comfortable..Overall visit is a A+

I initially went in with a bad attitude, because I heard bad things about it, but I was wrong, Britney was so sweet to me and my child the moment we walked in, she explained everything, she played games and colored with my son, she made him and myself feel so comfortable she was excellent! Dr. Schaer was very nice and fun also so patient so kind..

The dr.& the dental assistance that took care of my child was excellent, caring, they explained everything, professionalism, etc.

You guys when I tell you that Ms. Britney is a miracle worker!! When my daughter and I was first brought back to the procedure room my daughter was upset and wouldn't stop crying, Ms Britney sat her down and explained to her that she wouldn't hurt her , she told her she had sugar bugs on her tooth and that they was going to use a special toothbrush to get them off, but ofcourse my daughter was still scared, so next she gave her coloring sheets and began coloring with her asking her what grade she was in , what's her favorite color etc, basically making my daughter feel comfortable, next thing I know my daughter was laying back doing her fillings she explained to her every step of the way, she has a very imaginative mind lol, but it worked, now my daughter can't wait to come back and see Dr.Elfert and ms Britney .

I love it! Dr. Smith and Mrs. Ruby were really patient with my baby. Mrs. Ruby even sung to my baby to comfort her!! I will definitely recommend!!!

For starters dr. Collins and her assistant, Victoria Jefferson were awesome. They made sure my daughter was well relaxed and feeling great.

When I came into the facility today it was very clean; I was greeted with a smile by Ms. Brandi; she was very nice and helpful with the questions I had in reference to the paperwork. Ms. Keisha was also helpful when I had some insurance questions. Krystal Joseph is the most knowledgeable dental assistant I have every had. She was very helpful and concerned about my son's welfare. Everyone was so nice! I would recommend this office to EVERYONE!! :)

the kool smile office is so quiet and peaceful. the people are very nice and polite . we came across a problem but Ms.Brandi was a complete life saver . its a clean and beautiful facility . I highly advise you to come to kool smiles for a brighter smile and day .

I had my 5yo son who had never been seen here before. Called they got me in same day, staff was great, dentist was overly comforting to my son. From walking in to working with Brandi all the way till scheduling appointments for all three kids; accommodating me at the end with Kiesha. I am very blessed we found our new forever Dentist for my babies.

Excellent customer service. Staff very helpful my granddaughter loves it. Wish I had this when I was a kid!

Our Dental assistant today was Brittany she was excellent with my daughter she loved her no problems and didn't fight this time that's how great she was with my daughter would suggest her to be everybody I knows to be there Dental Assistant!!!!

My son had an appointment for fillings that was supposed to be done in one visit, then it was scheduled a second visit. In that second visit, they ended up not finishing the fillings and rescheduling the filling. Went back a third time early in the morning after waiting an hour, now this time they said he didn't need the last set of fillings and nothing was done. That is ridiculous, nobody have time for that. It seems like it's about the money. I'm just saying.

Both kids had a great experience. All of the staff was very friendly. When we left the kids said they wanted to go everyday to the dentist.

Horrible service, long wait time and paid for a procedure that wasn't provided. This was definitely the last time my daughter will get her teeth cleaned from this over crowded place.

Knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous staff. They assisted me with my insurance call and my referral without hesitation
