Greystone Apartment Homes

I have a 1 bedroom here and so far, very happy. I love my apartment, and I can do everything here. I cancelled my gym and tanning memberships, yay! Apartments are gated and by the mall, so the area is close to everything we love to do.

It looks nice and that's about it. No parking (the parking tags are a joke). Gym machines are broken and so are the pool chairs. Grill usually doesn't work. Pool is green are full of sand 99% of the time. Gates are always open so there is no security. The "cops that are always on call" never answer and help. Pest control is weak. Lawn is only cut at 7am on Sat and Sundays for some unGodly reason. The washer and dryer are the worst ever. I never had so many complaints about an apt and this is the most expensive one I've ever lived in. NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY!!

I went by Greystone to see about getting an apartment. They had a lunch sign on the door saying they would return at 12:40. It was 1:00 so we walked in. The office staff just sat in the lounge area looking at us. Finally she got up, helped a guy infront of us and said well I guess the front door is unlocked. Never said anything to us, no hello, one second... nothing. So we walked out.
