        Carney Funeral Home was constructed in the spring of 1985 and open June 15, 1985 at the corner of North Pierce and East Gilman Rd. by owners and founders David and Augustine Mack Carney . The funeral home provided the families with a 1,250 square foot Chapel for services, covered carport, paved parking lot and other amenities for the convenience of the bereaving families. The funeral home is currently being operated by David H. Carney, Jr. and assisted by Onteryl Dana Carney the son and daughter of the late David and Augustine Mack Carney
