Diablo Carpet Care

I've been using Diablo Valley Carpet Care for the past 3-4 years. While they are a little pricier than the average carpet cleaning company, they are worth every penny. Not only do they use environmentally friendly products, but Gregg and his assistant are also very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. They efficiently come in, thoroughly clean the carpets, and are done very quickly. They use up-to-date equipment, so the carpets are clean and relatively dry to the touch, however they usually leave strong fans to finish the drying process. Most importantly I feel comfortable having them in my home. Highly recommended!

Greg from Diablo Carpet Care cleaned my carpets the other day doing an incredible job on my carpets. He used a green certified, soapless cleaner called Procyon. It didn't leave my home smelling like chemicals/detergent. Greg spent a little over an hour on my carpet, making my carpet look better then what it did when I moved in several months ago.



His price is very fair for his quality of work and I'll definitely be using Greg again.

Thirty years married, five children, two dogs, a dozen or so cats... our carpets have softly endured a messy life. About ten different carpet cleaning companies have served us, but none has come close to the magnificent job done by this business. The cleaner arrived on time, worked quickly, provided a spectacular cleaning, offered lots of good advice on carpet care, generously left fans to help dry the carpets and... did I mention that no one has ever come close to getting our carpets to look as fabulous as Greg does??? Even the kids noticed the amazing difference, and that speaks volumes as to the quality of this man's work!

I just moved to the area from southern california and needed a Persian rug cleaned- someone recommended Gregg for the Diablo Valley area so I called him- he picked it up that night and returned it about a week later in perfect condition. Also it was less expensive than what I've paid for in the past in L.A. & he was really down to earth and friendly. I will definitely use him when my regular carpets need cleaning.

I have used Gregg at Diable Valley Carpet Care for about 27 years. He does an outstanding job of cleaning and is a very trustworthy person to have in your home. I have recommend him to some friends and they all were very happy with his cleaning.

Greg and his team have been cleaning our carpets for over 6 years, and I would never trust anyone else again. I have 2 dogs, 2 cats and an 11 year son, so you can imagine the dirt (and other messes) tracked through my home! Greg has us on a 6 month schedule, and my carpets always look and smell perfect. Greg Eckstein is the owner and main employee of this sucessful small business. He is responsive to phone calls, flexible with his scheduling and does a fantastic job when he arrives at your home. I have hard wood floors which could be damaged by the cleaning, and he takes great care with my personal items. He'll even do the heavy lifting when it comes to moving some of your furniture....and his prices are reasonable!
