Established in 1969, the Chambers Academy provides several educational and recreational programs for the social, emotional, intellectual and physical development of students in kindergarten through grade twelve. The academy s educational program includes instruction in science, mathematics, English, history and computer studies. It has a parent-teacher organization that encourages the participation of parents in several school activities. The Chambers Academy is a member of the Alabama Independent School Association and is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools. The academy also conducts classes in art, music, physical education and Spanish. It features a library, cafeteria, basketball court, playground and parking lot. The Chambers Academy is located in LaFayette, Ala. The academy also serves french fries, pizzas, chicken wings, burgers, sandwiches and ice cream.
