We signed in and were taken to the back in minutes. They are extremely professional ...They are not there to be your friend, they are there to get you in and out, and they do that! You want a happy greeting ,,,go to MacDonalds! This is the only place my Daughter Shayna will go to. They are usually dealing with many people in a day to day basis, so just take that into consideration before calling one of their workers "crabby". We have never had a bad experience

Went to Quest this morning, was served at the desk by a crabby woman, asked where my paperwork was. I said I didn't have any, however my wife had called the day before and they said it was there. Then I was told my info was faxed over and was in a different area.

Wake up Quest, we all come in sleepy and hungry. Let's get someone behind the desk more consumer oriented.
