12:30 PM left a message I needed a junction box repaired and a ceiling kitchen fixture installed. John called me back at 1:00 PM, he would be available in an hour. At 2:10 PM, John and Tim showed up, fixed box and installed fixture. Job completed at 2:40 PM. Price was fair.

I would NOT recommend this company by any means. Scheduled appointment approximately one week in advance for a Monday morning. Got an e-mail after hours asking if Tuesday would be ok ? I responded with I would prefer not since I just took the day off work for Monday but was willing to work it out. Sent several e-mails asking what day he was going to be here over weekend so I could make plans. No response until Sunday afternoon. John (the owner) told me he just saw all my e-mails and would be here first thing Monday morning. Monday came and I sent him a text to make sure he had my address. He responded with Ty and he would be on his way in a little while. John NEVER showed up and neither did anyone else and would not return one phone call or text or e-mail. I wasted my time for a week with this company and I am not sure how anyone would want to do business with a company that operated this way.
