Called and ordered four tires with balancing; Jensen provided four tires without balancing, this LaVista location lacks integrity, charge for services they refuse to render.. No update of the repair process while you wait.

Called Jensen Tire 84th Parkview Fri. To make an appointment to get axle seals replaced on Saturday morning. So I took my truck in Sat. Morning. I got a call a couple hours later, and then told me my brakes were metal-to-metal on the front . And would be about $300 . They also told me that the back brake piston seal was blown and soaked my brakes and drum with fluid. And would lock up if not fixed. So I explained to I think his name was Eric, I replaced my front brakes ,in the the last year. Also told him that I took it apart last week and my brakes were soaked but was not from brake fluid it was from the axle seals which I set the appointment to have changed. He then said it must have been written up wrong. So then he said he would take care of it, but I was called 3 hours later, and was told that he called all over and couldn't find the seals any place in town so he ordered them and would be in Monday and bring it back then. So I asked where he gets the parts and was told ,where every he could, Napa, etc. So when I get off the phone I called 3 places and they all had them. So called them back and told them I called three different places and they all have them. So would like them to get it completed today. I was told they couldn't do it today, so to come and get my truck. So not only are they Fucking liars they tried to sell me a $900 brake job, obviously without even looking at my truck. Because I told them what was wrong. Do not take your vehicle there or trust them.

We have two vehicles; one with 110,000+ and one with 165,000+ miles and the staff at "our" Jensen's in LaVista have kept both of them running great! Manager Ben and service manager Keith listen to any issues we are having with our cars and they get them fixed right the FIRST time. We won't go to any other repair place.

I used Jensen Tire in La Vista for all work on my company vehicle, generally reliable but when I brought my personal vehicle and checked costs I found them to be dishonest. Their mechanic became very angry with me when I suggested a way to minimize my costs, they then tried to charge me extra for an adjustment that is part of any standard front end alignment. In the end I had the work done at TO Hass tire, and as I verified at several other businesses the adjustment in question certainly is part of a standard alignment. 2nd issue: I had used Jensen for 2 years to change oil in both my personal cars, after 2 years I lacked time to take my car in so I changed the oil myself. I discovered that Jensen had used sealant on my oil plug, after having told me they change the seal as recommended by the manufacturer. The plug was so tight I needed a breaker bar to loosen it, in the end I'm sure they would have charged me $$$$$$$ to replace the oil pan they had ruined, and it was likely close to ruin due to their shoddy practices. This happened on both of my personal cars. STAY AWAY, DISHONEST AND TAKES INAPPROPRIATE SHORTCUTS
