La Vernia Dry Cleaning

Exceptionally poor service. Took a down comforter and knitted coverlet in with a urine stain from my daughter's puppy. I told them the problem and they accepted the items for cleaning. We filled out the tags and all was good until I came to pick up.

They cleaned the coverlet, but not the comforter. They are a matched set - one cleaned without the other is just stupid. On top of that, my comforter was wadded up, on the floor, in the corner of the shop.

I had brought it in folded. This was terrible service and I'll never spend a dime at this establishment as long as I live here.
