Sage Dental - Deer Park

I'm sending this email in pure frustration!! I had an appointment, new patient, at 9:00 am today, was there early to due paperwork and by 9:40 I had not been called back. That is pure unprofessionalism!!! I too have a job that requires my time as the dentist and techs do at this facility. I am sure there are repercussions if a client no call no shows but none if the dentists are late?? I will not be going to this facility again!! To add injury to insult, a woman walked in at 9:30 for her 9:30 appointment and at 9:38 she asked to reschedule and she was taken right back - what kind of business is that?? I had been waiting for my 9:00 am appointment for 38 minutes at that point, just ridiculous!!

I had a wonderful experience. The staff was very professional and answered any questions I had. They gave great service and were very friendly. They were also extremely gentle with your mouth and every one there is really pleasant

Great experience! I had been going to the same dentist for 25 years and had to find a new dentist because of insurance. I was reluctant to go somewhere new, but I am very happy! The office was very neat and the staff was nice. Thank you

Very courteous staff and they were able to work with my scheduling and procedures. Very good staff and very efficient! This office is also very nice and clean.

After a small glitch about my insurance coverage when I arrived for my appointment I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and courtesy I received. Everyone seemed to go out of their way to make me feel comfortable and at ease.

My two daughters had appointments with Dr. Davis, and her kind and gentle manner really put them at ease. Her assistants were also very helpful, informative, and reassuring.

My visit went extremely well I was informed about everything that needed to be done and was given a price sheet of everything broke down. Excellent doctor and customer service. I would definitely recommend them!!!

I have been taking my daughter there since she was 6 months. I am always just in and out. Everything and everyone was perfect and it was all taken care of in a timely manner.

Excellent doctors and staff! After taking my kids to other offices where the parents aren't allowed in the exam rooms, it was nice to have a doctor explain everything to me and allow me to be part of the decision making process. I take my whole family here and we love it!

The doctor at this office was great! All of the staff was very helpful and friendly. They are also kid friendly here, which is a big plus for me!
