Owner doesn't care about customer satisfaction
I went to movies 8:05pm showing on 8-4-10. Bought a Bucket popcorn and Large Drink for the same day free refill. But when I went to get my free refill after 9pm the concession stand was closed. So I went to another movie 8:35pm 8-8-10 and asked about getting my free refill since they didn't do it the day I wanted it. The management said I couldn't if I didn't have a receipt. Well at the concesions stand they don't usually give receipts and I didn't know they were going to close at 9pm.(This fact is not posted in any spot that I saw). I did have my previous movie reciept showing the time of the movie. Management refused to give me a free refill even at threat of disatisfying a customer to the point of never coming here again. I then asked for the owners number. He gave me Mr. Vishu's phone number 504-915-9087. So I called him, and he said thier policy was that they closed concessions at 9pm. I asked him where is that info posted. Basically he didn't care that his policy wasn't posted, and asked me to check the policy at other theaters. I asked him if he would honor the refill to keep a customer, and he said no. I told him he lost my business. The only sign I saw was same day refills, not same day refill till 9pm. In America we have choices when owners don't appreciate the customers.
