Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I reserved a car at 8 am, i was taken to the location waited patiently in the rain and cold. because of a dispute at another location (dispute based on an employee not in any one presence or without witnesses ) according to supervisor stated i used profanity. If i were the branch manager i would wonder why a customer felt like using profanity to one of my employees. had that happened, however it never did (i asked may if they have cameras because ei really want a copy and she said no) anyways this location should have notified me over th phone when i made the reservation if they were doing their jobs. but they dragged me their in the rain kept me there for hours, had one girl attack me verbally and cause me stress and anguish. then when i asked a few times, the supervisor allowed them after two hours to give me a ride home. I've been home since and all my important meetings have been canceled. but that besides the point. i am reaching out because the mental anguish this location caused me today is very stressful .I am almost in tears. Please do not go here. they made me feel very uncomfortable and attacked. i was scared and still am .

Just wanted to tell you that Danny was great. We booked our reservation at another store. They said yesterday they would come and get us. But today they hung up on us and had to call 3 times before we got the manager who told us they would not get us after yesterday they said it was not a problem. Finally they contacted Danny. He came picked us up and was great. We were ready not to use enterprise again. Danny service was great. THANK YOU. . He is what a customer service person should be.

Great service. Knowledgable staff. Really helped out with San Diego traffic info.
