We own an Arctic Fox 5th wheel...

We own an Arctic Fox Trailer with several deficiences. I am NOT OCD , I just expect to get an excellent product when you spend a lot of money and respectable service would be nice especially on warranty issues. We have received quite the opposite.

We bought a new Arctic Fox 32A travel trailer in October of 2012, and only made 1 trip over Christmas where we went through a little snow on the way home. By March of 2013 the paint was flaking off and heavy rust was everywhere. I sent pictures to their service manager Dave Mann to complain and he replied that a wire brush and some paint will take care of it. Later I found out that he never even looked at the pictures, and when given an estimate from the dealer he refused to pay anything, saying it was from road salt and chemicals. The rust is so heavy in places you can see that it was there before they painted, and being an expensive, high end, "4 season" trailer you would think they would use a quality coating that would last longer than 6 months. Our previous trailer we owned 2 years, had many more miles in those conditions, and didn't look anything like what this new trailer does. They did take of care of the many interior flaws and the section of floor with no support, but I have found the quality of their product disappointing after all the good things I have read.
