Bojangles

This is the best restaurant I have been to in a while. They have excellent customer service. If they get something wrong, they replace it and let you keep what you have. We I've been there with my family and they brought us out boberry biscuits for free. Another time, my husband got some fries that were't real fresh. We were talking about it and the manager brought us out fresh without us even asking! If you want the best service in a clean place, this is it! I get their salad almost everyday for lunch.

I received a coupon via internet for my birthday and took it to the Lafollette location on 1/16/2015 at 5:15 p.m.. The Manager on duty named Rhea gave me a hard time regarding the coupon. She did not want to honor what I wanted to buy. After several minutes pleading my case and other customers behind me hearing this and embarrassing me, she unprofessionally, accepted my coupon order.
