We called TWO times and explained our address. We spelled it out and we said it slowly. The first time we called, we got a man who could barely speak English, that told us our address was within their delivery range. So, we looked at the menu, decided what we wanted and called again. When we called again, we double checked to see if our address was within the range of their delivery. The woman on the line, who also could barely speak English, said yes; so, we placed our order. The wait was about an hour and fifteen minutes but as long as we got our food, who cares. About an hour later we got a call saying that our address was out of the delivery range. Angry, we called back to the restaurant and a new lady, who spoke perfect English and understood us, said it was out of the range. She suggested we meet and pick it up- which is nuts. It's delivery! It makes no sense to have people who barely speak English running the phones. Completely outrageous and 100% dissatisfied.
