My review would highly reflect the “very sad” review. We had the same issues and more that they did at the wedding we were at. The appetizers were put out 45 mins later than they were supposed to. The food was served cold and late. The cake cutter that they provided did not know how to cut a cake (provide your own if you choose them, unless you want a pile of crumbs). The bride and groom did not receive cake. The bride dismissed the tables because the servers were too overwhelmed with what was going on. Sandwiches that were served for a snack later that night consisted of a piece of fat (yes, it was latterly a huge piece of fat) and two pieces of not-so-good bun that seemed like they were bought at the gas station. I’m not the only one that had that, it was gut retching…. The bride and groom later told me that they were completely embarrassed by the service they received that night. When they called to voice their concerns from the night after the wedding they said that the service they received, again, was very poor- the company did not get back to them in a timely manner and did not even try to fulfill their requests. I would agree- very sad.

Very sad. They re usually pretty good, but the wedding I was in this past weekend was horrible. We had beef tips, turkey, mashed potatoes and baked beans. No one at the head table was served gravy (or if we were - our plates had been sitting so long the gravy just dried right up and evaporated - who knew that could happen, right?). No water was set out on the tables. The appetizers between the ceremony and reception were on another truck and never arrived. When asked if she could get gravy, the bride was offered gravy out of a water pitcher, 15 minutes later. The rest of us were never even offered gravy. The cake cutter they provided was never found and the photographer went and dug one up out of the kitchen of the event location. We were told they messed up and double-booked weddings. We were also told by one server that she d check on something and that I don t work here - I was asked to come in and help because they were short-handed. And she was the one serving the head table. The head table was served cake from the sheet cakes for guests instead of the nicer cake that the bride and groom cut that was supposed to be for the head table. Pretty poor service.
