They took care of my dog for 7 years, and they took very good care of her. They are very good about reminding when the time for vaccinations came. I found them very compassionate when she became ill, and they reffered me to the right specialists.

Get a second opinion before you allow them to perform surgery on your pet. They have no experience in reading ultrasounds; follow your instinct; listen to your heart. Do not let them talk you into prolonging your pet's suffering.

My poor puppy of almost 11 years suffered horribly because I followed their advice. They did not even send a card of condolence, after I had spent over $2,000. in a matter of 3 months trying to get them to give me a correct diagnosis of my dog's illness. First it was kidney stones; then a bacterial infection. The exploratory surgery exposed my dog's bladder to have extensive invasion of cancer; I was talked into not euthanizing him as there was a possiblity of treatment. My poor baby suffered so much! He went into convulsions and major seizure before I took him to Pet ER in T.O. The doctors there (Dr. Wingate) are excellent. They helped me make the right decision and provided my daughter and myself the support and compassion to let our puppy go and release him of his pain. Dr. Wingate and the staff sent us a card expressing their sorrow of our loss. They didn't even charge us for some of the services they rendered in treating our Timmy. I wish Agoura Hills Animal Hospital had half the compassion and less $$$ in their hearts!
