Always an excellent cut and style! I only wish I could duplicate it at home, but I am a fumble fingers. Great conversation and always informative. I have NEVER had a bad experience in 9 years of going to Michael. Michael Stefan Salon is the only place I will get my hair done! I especially love being greeted by the pups!!

I love having my hair styled by Michael. All his staff are friendly and experts! I've never had a bad cut and always leave feeling great again. Along with a superb cut, the conversation is always interesting, the surrounding artwork is beautiful, and I even get greeted by his wonderful pups! this salon is unprofessional and over-priced
they waited until 1 hour before my appointment to try to reach me. I already left for willoughby from
chardon. when I got there, they said my stylist didn't make it in to work. then they wanted me to reschedule with the
same person. no one offered to correct the situation. they exprected me to waste more of my time.
