        DR. GONZALEZ AND HYGIENIST ERICA WERE VERY HELPFUL EXPLAINING WHAT THEY WERE DOING TO ME. I HAVE BEEN TO THIS OFFICE SEVERAL TIMES NOW
        THEY ALL ARE VERY FRIENDLY, MAKE ME FEEL LIKE FAMILY.

        Let me start by saying that I really liked both my dentist and hygienist. However, I've had multiple confirmed appointments that I've shown up for and then been told they've been cancelled. Apparently the confirmation contact does not come from the local office because I had confirmed one appointment by e-mail and phone then showed up the next day to find out the office was no longer open on Friday afternoons. For the other cancelations, I understand that sometimes people get sick, but it takes some scheduling to make my appointment times. After my fourth cancel-after-I-show in a year's time, I'm going to have to switch to a different Dentist.
