If you go to this location, make sure it is during the day!! I needed care Tuesday AM for asthma (myslf)! The nurses, doctor, staff were "EXCEPTIONAL"! Since I had such a positive experience earlier this week, I took my granddaughter this evening for an ear infection. She came in from playing saying her ear hurt. As the caregiver for the weekend (parents out of town for 3 days) I wanted anti biotics ASAP. I grabbed her and her 2 friends (all barefoot) and rushed to the care center before the 7 PM closing. The nurse on duty greeted her by saying, "Where are your shoes!" The attitude did not get any better even tho I explained why we were rushing to get there. Clearly she did not realize I could have made a left turn, instead of a right, and gone to the ER the same distance away. Let me tell you, NURSE MAUREEN, I will turn around and leave before I will allow you to tend to my needs OR anyone I happen to bring to Urgent Care next to HEB! Sorry you were inconvenienced...BUT I am sure your salary is compensating for an ill child!
