Taylored Pc's

My nearly 5-year-old laptop developed a problem of jumping to the bottom of every page I entered. I took it to Taylored PCs, and Josh identified the problem as needing a new keyboard. This was on a Thursday. He ordered the new keyboard, it arrived Monday morning, and he replaced it in 10 minutes. Reasonable price, and Josh is both professional and friendly. Great job.

Ok first off i want to say what happened was my fault however i can't help but feel they were in the wrong.

Ok so like a month or so ago i took my pc to this place to have a new gpu and psu installed however i guess the psu and the gpu were to "new" for the motherboard anyway like i said it was my mistake here is where i feel they made theirs they said they KNEW it would fry my motherboard and that is where my issue is they said they installed it because that is what i wanted but really that is just a weak excuse for not calling and TELLING me that the parts would fry the pc's MOBO because why would anyone want someone to install parts that will fry the motherboard the answer no one good service would have been calling our phone before doing anything and that is why i gave this place 1 star i would not recommend do to the fact if you go there and they see that something may fry your pc i guess they will not even try to call you and ask if you want them to keep going.

On a side note i will give them points for not making us pay to get our pc back after it was fried but really at the end of the day they could have just called and told us.....

I took my tablet in to get fixed and it was fixed within the next couple days. The price to fix my tablet was great! Especially with the coupon they put in the Kokomo Tribune. My tablet ended up breaking the same way for a second time and Taylored PC's fixed it without any charge. Great and knowledgeable owner/employees. They will not disappoint and I highly recommend them!
