Martin and Humphrey was established in 1992 as the first father-daughter law firm in Kokomo, Indiana. James R. Martin began his career in 1959 in Kokomo representing individuals who have suffered serious injuries. Joining him in 1992, Monica Humphrey Vorisek also represents individuals who have been injured due to someone else's negligence. Martin and Humphrey prides itself in giving each client the individual attention he or she deserves to achieve the best result possible. Martin and Humphrey represents individuals who have been injured, not insurance companies.
