I needed my front bumper repaired after the oil pan under my engine fell off and broke the bumper off of its screws. I had taken the car to my Toyota dealer in Knoxville and told them that I was paying out of pocket. The estimate they gave me was upwards of $1,000. So I took my car to the Joe Neubert Collision Center on 5th avenue, and told him that I was paying out of pocket. The estimate he gave me was under $300 even after replacing multiple parts. Not only did they do an excellent job of re-attaching the bumper seamlessly, but at no extra cost they repaired dents in the bumper. I got the car back the next day and it had been washed and waxed and made to look brand new. I am incredibly happy with their service and attitudes, and have recommended them to everyone I know. The lifetime warranty has given me peace of mind and confidence in their work.
I dropped me jeep of to be painted pink, so nervous that it would be bad due to the LOW price and bad reviews, but I was completed happy with my paint job. There was a few spots that needs more paint due to top covered it. And a few runs. But all around a very good place to get a nice cheap paint job! I dropped off on Thursday after noon and picked up Tuesday morning. Just when they said it should be done. I recommend.
Buying a car is typically a buyer beware or at least be careful not to be manipulated by the salesperson. In this regard West Side Honda is no better nor any worse than the typical automotive dealer. However, where they truly excell in with their service department. It is totally top notch, fair pricing, and on your side when it comes to maintaining or repairing your Honda. They are the best!
