        HEP Services is a locally owned and operated home maintenance company. We officially opened our doors for business in 2002, and we ve been serving in East Tennessee ever since. Over the years, our company has grown from strictly providing heating/cooling, electrical, and plumbing services to now providing roofing and septic services on top of that. We take pride in being able to fix everything under your roof including your roof. When you call HEP Services, one call does it all! Since we are locally owned and operated, our customers are also our neighbors, and we treat them that way.

        Joshua Mc Carty recently did one of the two service check up on our Heat and Air unit that HEP installed for us last year. I highly recommend him, he came out on time, checked out the entire unit, answered all of our questions, was polite, and knew his business. I would want him to come back on our next check up, good for HEP to have such a great employee! A follow up on a perfect unit, put in by the very best crew, thanks HEP.
