Fox Lake Apartment Homes

I have lived here for 7 years and this place has really gone down hill in the past 3. I have been unable to move due to school zoning and the fact that summer of 2016 will be relocating out of knoxville after my daughter graduates. Rent goes up every time you sign your new lease, if you have a maintenance issue you are treated like a bother, the floors are all slanted, the "upgrades" are cheap. I have always paid my rent on time, never had a complaint and take excellent care and pride in my apartment. When we had a serious issue with a water leak and mold issue last year and asked for compensation for items damaged by their neglect, we were told no and they will not renew our lease when it is up. This is how they treat good tenants. Not sure why except they house A LOT of State disabled persons with care takers, I mean a lot! Apparently they get more rent? I don't know, but these are my true experiences and things I have seen.

A great place to live! It's in a super convenient location - close to Cedar Bluff Rd. and easy to hope on the interstate, but also very private and tucked away in a nice quiet community of mostly families and couples. I am glad to call Fox Lake my home and definitely recommend it!
