Flower Pot The

Three generations of my family have been using The Flower Pot and I have always ALWAYS had great service and AMAZING flowers!

This spring, I had a "prom crisis" and needed emergency help (we had less than two hours to resolve the problem). The corsage for my son's prom date ended up too pink and would have clashed with her coral dress. So I called and talked to Mary Beth (Broadway shop) and she said to come by and they would take care of me. That was an understatement! Mary Beth and Don were in the middle of preparing for a big wedding the next day, but they both stopped what they were doing and made me feel as if I was their only customer. They resolved the problem and saved the day -- the corsage turned out perfectly, and I was extremely pleased. I would highly recommend The Flower Pot and Mary Beth/Don. For me, any future floral needs will be handled by The Flower Pot.

I WILL GIVE ZERO STARS...DONT BUY FLOWERS FROM THEM. Ordered tulips for Valentines Day looked nothing like whatg was online. Small, drooping looked like some flowers my 5 yr old picked kept for two days without water then gave them to me. The deliver guys banged on my door like my house was on fire then porceeded to bang on my window 2 seconds after banging on my door. THEY WILL NEVER GET MY BUSINESS AGAIN!!!!

NEVER BUY FLOWERS FROM HERE ON VALENTINES DAY!!!! I ordered my flowers A MONTH AGO. I came in the morning of, and not only were the flowers not at all what they were in the picture or the description, they even mentioned to me that THEY DIDNT EVEN HAVE THE FLOWERS THEY OFFERED ON THE WEBSITE. How do you sell someone flowers that you cant even provide. They tried to see if I would leave without noticing, and when I did, they said they could offer me another arrangement. I asked for a refund and they said they don't do refunds. Then, when I finally convinced them to give me a refund, they looked up my name and "accidentally" ruined the surprise of some flowers that SOMEONE ELSE was delivering to me that day. Not only did they ruin my month-in-advance plans, but they also ruined a very great significant other's surprise. They're awful. I went to Walmart right afterwards and got 3 (!!!!!!) bouquets of flowers and a beautiful vase for 36 bucks!! And trust me, I don't buy cheap things. They looked amazing too. ONCE AGAIN- DONT GO HERE!!!

I send flowers for business purposes and use the Flower Pot whenever possible. Their service is great~ really friendly, hassle-free. It seems like you get a lot for your money at this place. I never worry after I have placed an order with them I know its going to get there and be beautiful.

I live out of town and was unable to attend a relative's funeral so sent flowers using Flower Pot. I was emotional when I spoke to them and it was such a comfort that they were so sympathetic. I did not feel hurried and she patiently went through my options and helped me make a decision. I had forgotten to look up the times and location of the services and they even took care of that for me. I heard the flowers turned out great and it was such a comfort that if I couldn't be there in person, I could at least be there in thought. Normally, I don't write reviews but I thought this could be helpful to others in the same situation.
